One Third Ice provides premium craft cocktail ice products for retail and commercial customers. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
2. Payment & Billing
All payments must be made at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to fulfill and deliver your orders as scheduled. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Subscriptions
When you sign up for a subscription with One Third Ice, you agree to a minimum contract term of six (6) months.
• During the initial six-month period, you are allowed to increase your subscription quantity at any time.
• However, during this period, you cannot decrease your subscription quantity or cancel your subscription.
• After the initial six-month commitment is fulfilled, you may either:
• Increase your subscription quantity
• Decrease your subscription quantity
• Cancel your subscription
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with your selected subscription plan.
5. Data Privacy & Communications
By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us, including SMS text messages and emails related to your orders and promotions (if you opt in).
